Delivery times and costs

Shipping options may vary by country. Available delivery methods will be shown in the cart before you complete your order.

• Standard delivery: 3–8 business days
• Express delivery: 1–3 business days

Please note: Orders are not processed or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse.

If an order is placed after 12:00 PM (CET), processing will begin on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the chosen shipping method.

Duties & Taxes

For shipments within the EU, no customs duties are charged — they are included in the order price.

For shipments outside the EU, the recipient may be required to pay import fees, customs duties, or local taxes, according to the laws of the destination country.

Order Tracking

• Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
• The email will include a link that allows you to track your shipment in real time.
• Sometimes the email may arrive 1–2 days later — please check your spam folder.
• If the tracking shows that the shipment has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 24 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us.

Order Changes & Cancellation

You can cancel your order or change the delivery address within 2 hours of placing the order (as long as it has not yet been dispatched).

If you cancel after this period, we will contact you and handle it on an individual basis.
