Transport times and prices

Shipping options vary by country. You can see the available options in your cart before completing your order.

Orders over €50 have free shipping

Standard shipping: 2–5 business days

Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: shipments are not prepared or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Where we ship

We ship all orders from a warehouse in Slovakia.

If the order arrives after 12:00 noon (Central European Time), processing will begin the next business day.

Transportation prices

Shipping prices are calculated based on the destination country and type of shipping:

Customs and taxes

• We do not charge customs duties for shipments within the EU - they are included in the order price.
  
• For shipments outside the EU, the recipient may be required to pay import duties, customs duties or local taxes (according to the laws of the destination country).

Order tracking

• Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
  
• The email will contain a link that you can use to track the shipment's route in real time.
  
• Sometimes it may arrive 1–2 days later - check your spam folder.
  
• If you see that the shipment has already been delivered, but you don't have it - wait 24 hours and if still nothing, contact us.
  

Changes and cancellation of orders

Cancellation or change of order address is possible within 2 hours of placing the order (unless it has already been shipped).

If you cancel your order after this period, we will contact you and resolve the matter individually.
