1. 30-Day Return Policy
At LOYA, we stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in its original packaging (including the case and cleaning cloth).
2. How to Make a Return
You can start the return process in three simple steps:

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transport.
Note: Unless the return is due to a defective product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your package, we will notify you of the result via email.

Approved refunds are processed automatically through your original payment method.

It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account (depending on your bank).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order carefully upon arrival. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@loyasport.eu.
We will investigate the situation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible at our expense to ensure you receive a flawless product.
