Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Timelines

All LOYA orders are shipped from our central warehouse in the EU. We strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible:

• We ship orders every business day.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) are typically processed and shipped on the same business day.

• The standard order processing time is within 24 hours on business days.

• Please note that we do not process or deliver orders on weekends and public holidays. Your package will be prepared on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days from the moment of dispatch. Exact shipping options and final costs for your specific location will be displayed in your cart before finalizing your purchase.

Slovakia:

• Post: 0 €
  

• Courier (GLS / DPD): 4.90 €

European Union (EU):

• We ship to all EU countries. Standard shipping rates start at 0 €.

International (Worldwide):

• Standard shipping rates for countries outside the EU start at 6.90 €.

3. FREE Shipping

We want to reward you for your larger orders. For every order with a total value over 49 €, you receive standard shipping completely FREE.

4. Taxes, Customs, and Tracking

• Within the European Union: The price you pay at checkout is final. There are no additional customs fees or hidden taxes.

• Outside the European Union: The recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes according to the legislation of the destination country.

• Tracking: As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 1–2 days.
