How can I make a purchase?
We currently offer 2 payment methods for your purchase:

- by transfer to the account
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Immediately after sending the order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order. If you can't find it in your inbox, try checking your spam folder.
I'm afraid to pay by card.
We know there are many scammers out there, but with LOYA you don't have to worry about online payments. Our partner for online payments is the payment gateway STRIPE. You can also use Google pay or Apple pay with this method.
Do you deliver goods abroad?
Yes, we can send goods to all countries within the EU.
When will my order be shipped?
In case of an order on a working day before 12:00, we will send the product on the same day. We do not ship products on weekends.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery of the goods to return it. The goods must be undamaged. Otherwise, the full amount may not be refunded.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Slovakia. The delivery time is usually within 2 working days.
The glasses are damaged, what should I do?
All glasses are thoroughly inspected and cleaned before shipping. If your glasses arrive damaged, fill out the claim form here.
Can I return 1+1 or 2+1 glasses?
In the case of a 1+1 or 2+1 order, we consider this order and the items in it as part of the package. In the event of a return, you must return all items from this order, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
