How can I make a purchase?

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your order is placed. If you don't find it in your inbox, try checking your spam folder.
I'm afraid to pay by card.
We know there are many scammers, but at LOYA you don't have to worry about online payments. Our partner for online payments is STRIPE payment gateway. You can also use Google pay or Apple pay with this method.
Do you deliver goods abroad?
Yes, we can ship goods to all countries within the EU.
When will my order be shipped?
If you order on a working day before 12:00, we will ship the product the same day. We do not ship products over the weekend.
Of course, if the product is marked as "Pre-sale", the delivery time is listed in the product details.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the goods. The goods must be undamaged. Otherwise, the full amount may not be refunded.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Slovakia. Delivery time is usually within 2 business days.
My glasses are damaged, what should I do?
All glasses are thoroughly checked and cleaned before shipping. If your glasses arrive damaged, please fill out the claim form here.
Can I return glasses 1+1 or 2+1?
In the case of a 1+1 or 2+1 order, we consider this order and the items in it as part of a package. In the case of a return, you must return all items from this order, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
