How can I return or exchange a product?
If you have any issues with the product or it just doesn't fit you, you have 30 days to return or exchange it. Just contact us at support@loyasport.eu and we'll help you through the process.
What is the product warranty?
We offer a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on the lenses. If any manufacturing issue occurs during this period, we will replace the product for you free of charge.
